Creating your own business can be one of the most rewarding things you’ll ever do. The feeling of success is without comparison when its ‘your baby’. Many people once they give it a go, will never go back to digging someone elses ditch, as they say. However as with many things, it’s a double-edged sword. It can also feel very lonely, and when you’re a bit stuck, its not always easy to find someone to help.
I offer small businesses advice and direction not only to help solve their immediate issues, but framework to wrap around how they manage their business, steer it and think about the future. This can be anything from strategy to IT. What’s more, I have a whole range of contacts in many areas, who really specialise, if I can’t cover things myself.
Introductory sessions last two hours. They are conducted in in either London or Cambridge on Fridays, and held in the relaxed environment of the the local coffee shop . There’s no charge, and no obligation to continue.
